You may request assistance within 60 days of delivery if your item is:

  • Damaged during transit

How to Request a Return

  • Reason for the return

  • Supporting photos or video

 


If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back.


Unless an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired product.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Refunds are issued only after:

 

  1. The returned item has been received, and

  2. The item has been inspected and approved.

 


Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

 


For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
